The Role:

As part of our small HR team, you’ll help to support a team of line managers and all 150+ of our employees, by delivering efficient transactional HR for all of our locations. As part of the HR function, you will go the extra mile to ensure that every employee can rely on us; to deliver and innovate the way the Partnership achieves a great employee experience. Getting the most out of our HR systems, processes, and protocols, you will support the function to implement effective and creative ways for employees to access information and support. You’ll take ownership of the Partnership’s HR administration, managing your time effectively; as well as being the face of HR by onboarding our new employees and delivering HR inductions.

You’ll have an evident passion for organisation and administration, with a desire to develop your skills and knowledge in the focused area of HR. You’ll need to be a self-starter who can get on with identifying issues, resolving appropriate queries and tackling ad hoc tasks. You’ll be able to work reactively while also getting stuck into longer term HR objectives, including employee data audits and creating guides and indexes to accompany our template and guidance library. You’ll be confident in finding your way around IT systems, and given the tools, will hit the ground running in identifying employee data gaps, uploading records, and chasing completion of forms and training. You’ll enjoy meeting new people, introducing employees to their team and ensuring that everything is in place for their first day.

The Candidate:

We’re not looking for somebody to have experience in a medical, or GP, setting; but someone who has at least 1 years’ experience working in an administration capacity. If you have previous HR or recruitment experience, that would be highly advantageous. You’ll need to have the confidence to deliver HR inductions to small groups, as well as work independently on most tasks, with the support of the two senior members of the HR team.
