Let’s Get Moving is about embracing movement in every sense – physical, mental, and emotional.
Over eight weeks, you will take the first steps towards healthier, meaningful changes that last. Our coaches will support you to navigate and redefine different areas of health and wellness, empowering you to explore your goals, values, and strengths. Shake off inertia, break through barriers, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
The course takes places through 8 sessions in Hedge End and West End.

- Gentle movements and activities.
- Take-away tools for motivation, confidence-building, overcoming challenges, goal setting and coping strategies to succeed.
