Please remember to request your prescriptions in plenty of time. Anima will be unavailable from 8pm on Wednesday 16th April to 6:30am Tuesday 22nd April.
The surgery will be open on Thursday 17th April for urgent queries.
If you need medical assistance while the surgery is unavailable, there are a number of options available:
• You can call 111 or visit www.111.nhs.uk
• For child / pregnancy health you can visit www.what0-18.nhs.uk
• You can visit a local pharmacy
• If you have a minor injury you can attend the Urgent Treatment Centre
• In a life-threatening medical emergency, you should call 999
Anima will reopen at 6:30am on Tuesday 22nd April.
The surgery, reception and phone lines will open as usual at 8am on Tuesday 22nd April.
