Welcome to Living Well, where we prioritise your health and well-being with top-notch care from our dedicated doctors and clinical team!

Every patient at Living Well has a named GP who oversees their care. You’ll enjoy face-to-face appointments with our GPs, with the option for remote follow-up consultations. Routine appointments are available within 7-14 days, ensuring you get the care you need without long waits.

Our urgent care team is ready to help if you’re feeling acutely unwell. Spread across all our main sites, they provide local services with face-to-face appointments by default, available on the same day or the next day.

Our e-consultation service, Anima, is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. Unlike other surgeries, we don’t limit the number of daily requests. Think of it like leaving a message with your GP, and we’ll get back to you promptly! Anima works on your smartphone, iPad, laptop, or desktop. If you have additional needs, simply call our reception team or drop in, and we’ll assist you in completing a request.

All Anima requests are reviewed promptly by a GP or nurse, ensuring that your concern is handled by the right clinician within the right timeframe. We prioritise the most urgent cases to get you the care you need as quickly as possible.

Our clinical team consists of GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, mental health nurses, respiratory specialists, paramedics, care coordinators, and more. Last month alone, we provided over 10,000 same-day appointments, and 89% of our patients are likely or extremely likely to recommend our team.

With eight sites across Southampton and Hampshire, our patients are seen at a location convenient to them. Hampshire residents outside our catchment area are welcome to register and can be seen at our West End Surgery, which is just 5 minutes from M27 J5 and next to Moorgreen Hospital, with ample parking available.
