I qualified as a GP in 1999 in London. As a GP, I have been able to work in a number of settings in the UK and overseas. I was a partner in a London teaching practice for many years and I have worked at the Foreign office as a medical adviser looking after employees posted overseas. I have worked in the Cayman islands, New Delhi and in Singapore.

I have an interest in medical education and was clinical methods lead for a newly created medical school in Singapore with Imperial college, London. I now teach undergraduates at Southampton. Having had a break from clinical practice, I have embarked on the NHS England GP induction and refresher scheme which LWP are supporting me through.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports but love spending time with my husband, 2 children, pets and friends.
