Administrative Queries

You are legally entitled to request a copy of all or part of your medical records. If you send us an eConsult with your request our Records Team will contact you to guide you through the rest of the process.

Strict guidance is followed on data protection and confidentiality to ensure medical records go to the correct individual. We need written consent to discuss any aspect of medical records with anyone other than the patient. So please bear with us whilst we make sure all the criteria are met before we release any records.
