Appointments & Advice

To access a new or follow up appointment with a GP please submit an Anima to tell us what you need:

🕛 Requests sent before 12 noon will be reviewed the same day.
You’ll then be offered:
– an urgent appointment (usually same day or next day) if needed,
– or a routine appointment within 1–2 weeks.
Requests sent after 12 will be looked at the next working day.

🗂️ Choose the right type of request – Admin requests like sick notes or reports are handled differently. Don’t include urgent health problems in admin forms.

📅 Tell us when you’re free – for a call or appointment. Most requests are dealt with by a GP, nurse or pharmacist.

🎯 Let us know what you need – We’ll always try to help if it’s safe and possible.

❤️ Be kind – If something’s not right, tell us and we’ll try to fix it. Please treat our staff with respect – we’re here for you

If you are unable to use Anima please call the partnership on 02380 449913.  Our receptionists will complete your Anima with you over the phone. We prioritise those without a smart phone or computer, the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable. We have a dedicated process for housebound patients.
