Submit an eConsult

To access a new or follow up appointment with a GP please submit an eConsult to tell us what you need:

  • all eConsults are sent directly to a GP for initial assessment
  • we will direct your query to the most appropriate member of the team which could be a Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, or GP
  • we aim to respond to eConsult requests submitted before 2.30pm on the same working day
  • at times of peak demand we may respond to non urgent eConsults by the end of the next working day
  • responses include telephone, video and face to face appointments, as well as text message or email responses
  • for simple ailments you may be directed to an appointment with your local community pharmacist for over the counter treatment
  • whenever appropriate please send photos with your eConsult to ensure we can tailor your treatment

If you are unable to use eConsult please call the partnership on 02380 449913.  Our receptionists will complete your eConsult with you over the phone. We prioritise those without a smart phone or computer, the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable. We have a dedicated process for housebound patients.
