Our Wellbeing opportunities are designed to help you live well.

They are delivered face to face, by telephone or online. This is a non-clinical service.

Bereavement Support Group

To support participants in a safe space to grieve, while providing tools to begin adjusting to their loss, we offer an 8-week programme. If you would like to access this support, please complete our self-referral form.

Neighbourhood Community Hub

Drop in and visit the Community Wellbeing Team every Tuesday at Thornhill Baptist Church. This friendly, informal session offers residents access to a range of health resources, advice, and support.

Menopause matters

Our Menopause Matters Support Group are a gathering of people who are experiencing a similar time in life.
