NHS App and online access
Using the NHS App (and the desktop version) you can book various appointments and cancel an appointment if needed.
You can also view your:
- Repeat prescriptions
- Blood test results
- Immunisation history
- Allergy history
You should be able to register with the NHS App without contacting the surgery, but it can be a bit clunky and some people do have difficulties. It can help to give it a few goes, restart your device and so on! Check out the NHS App technical support site first before contacting us. Once up and running it’s a breeze, so if you have exhausted other options and still having trouble setting it up do call us for some help.
You can register a child or next of kin on your account as a proxy user. To access this service please send an eConsult requesting this and our Records Team will help you through this process. We will ask you to complete a written consent from an adult proxy user or a child aged over 16.
