Request a repeat prescription
Repeat prescriptions are visible via the NHS app on your smartphone or desktop. You can request what you need when you need it.
Please allow three working days to process your prescription.
Your GP may need more information about your condition which may delay processing.
Control drugs can only be issued monthly and cannot be issued early.
If you are unable to request your repeat prescription online or if you have any queries, please send in an eConsult with the details and we will be happy to help.
You can also drop in a written request for your medication and leave it in our post box outside the surgery front door. Please allow an extra working day to process written requests. Please note we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
We do not accept prescription requests via pharmacy apps such as Pharmacy2u, online requests for prescriptions should be made through the NHS App or via eConsult. This does not affect your prescription nomination and prescriptions will continue to be sent to your nominated online pharmacy, including those for delivery to your home address.
