Patient feedback helps us to improve the quality of care and services we provide. You can give good or bad feedback through our online Friends & Family Test, online via NHS Choices, via automated text message following a consultation, by completing our feedback form or on paper at each of our surgery sites, or you can speak to a member of staff, normally a member of our Operations and Patient Services Team.

Patient feedback is important to us and we will make every effort to ensure your concerns are addressed and resolved. We hope that in most cases, issues can be resolved quickly and easily, often at the time they arise, by discussing your concerns with us. If your problem cannot be resolved in this way, you may wish to make a formal complaint.
