Safe Surgeries – All are welcome!
Everyone living in the UK is entitled to register and consult with a GP practice without charge. In partnership with Doctors of the World UK, we will ensure that our practices offer a welcoming space for everyone who seeks to use our services.
At Living Well Partnership, we will not insist on proof of address document, ID documents and we will never ask for proof of immigration status.
We have telephone interpreters on hand if you have difficulty communicating in English.
Our receptionists and call handlers have had training on recognising those who may need additional support to register with us – please speak to the team if you have any questions.

Partnership Catchment Area
Our partnership boundary runs from the Avenue in central Southampton down along the Weston Shore all the way to the Hamble river, up through Curbridge and Curdridge, Boorley Green and Horton Heath, and everything in between!
If you live outside the boundary you can still register with us. You just need to be aware that we won’t be able to conduct a home visit and some local services may be different to the ones we mention on this site as referrals are often based on where you live. You will still be able to access hospital, 111 and out of hours services as normal. If we believe your care is compromised by living out of catchment we reserve the right to ask you to register with a local GP practice.
